           Pregnancy is a "wonder-full" time of transition in your life. It is an opportunity for you to experience a deeper understanding of yourself and your connection to the universe. Practicing yoga during your pregnancy will help you through the many physical and emotional changes as well as to encourage your bond with your baby. By learning how to link yoga postures with your breath you learn how to relax and respond to the moment, both of which can ease your pregnancy, labor and birth.

In addition to Prenatal Yoga, Karen teaches Hatha Yoga at a variety of locations in the East Valley of Metro Phoenix.  Karen's teaching relies mainly on Iyengar methodology; yoga that emphasizes correct alignment and therapeutic applications.
